Tito Nieves

Tito Nieves is a Puerto Rican musician who became one of the leading salsa singers of the 1980s and the early 1990s.

Born in Río Piedras, Puerto Rico, and raised in the United States, Nieves began his career while participating in Orquesta Cimarron, a New York-based group. In 1977, he teamed up with singer Héctor Lavoe and his Orchestra and joined the Conjunto Clasico. Later, Nieves started his solo career in 1986, setting himself apart by singing salsa in English. He is known for his hits such as "El Amor Más Bonito", "Sonámbulo", and the English-salsa hit, "I Like It Like That" (1996). Hits from the album Fabricando Fantasias included "Fabricando Fantasias" and "Ya No Queda Nada" with La India, Nicky Jam, and K-Mil.

Ray Del La Paz

Ray De La Paz has been singing for over 30 years and has traveled extensively around the world taking his music and talent wherever dancers rule. This extensive travel has made him a very well known singer within the Salsa community.

Ray De La Paz continues with much success in his long and glorious singing career. His golden voice is a favorite of many DJ’s and is heard on dance floors throughout the world.

Chino Nuñez

Chino is an accomplished percussionist, multi-instrumentalist, composer, arranger, recording artist, bandleader, and educator, multiple Grammy, Latin Grammy, and Billboard winner/nominee, he has performed/toured with a verifiable Who’s Who in the world of Latin music, as well as with his own critically acclaimed ensemble the Chino Nunez Orchestra.

His diverse recording and performing experience include work with legendary figures Tito Puente, Hector Lavoe, Celia Cruz, Johnny Pacheco, Marc Anthony, El Gran Combo de Puerto Rico, Ray Barretto, Willie Colon, Ruben Blades, Gilberto Santa Rosa, Larry Harlow, Tito Nieves, Spanish Harlem Orchestra and a host of others. Chino has performed in venues all over the world including Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, North Sea Jazz Festival, Montreal Jazz Festival to name just a few.

Ralph Mercado III, better known as Ralphie Mercado, has had music in his blood since the day he was born. The son of Latin music impresario Ralph Mercado was literally baptized into the music scene. It was a symbolic first step in his long and evolving journey through the many facets of the music and entertainment worlds.

Sara Contreras

Sara Contreras, a top female comedian, actor, and writer since 1995—and one of Showtime’s 2008 ALMA-nominated (Best Comedy Special) Original Latin Divas of Comedy—continues to be a comedic showstopper at premiere comedy clubs and venues across the country.

She was Head Writer for Manhattan Neighborhood Network’s Colors of Rhina and has appeared as a commentator and writer for MTV3. Sara received an impressive N.Y. Times review for her work as a writer/monologist in the off-Broadway production Jose Can Speak in 2005. Her first screenplay Searching for Sosie is under consideration as a 6-part television mini-series, and her highly regarded one-woman show Lifelines was part of the NYC ONE Festival in 2012. She was also a creator and writer for Lugar Heights, a Latino animated series featured on Galavision.
